A selection of freshly prepared salads to include:
  • Potato salad with spring onions
  • Coleslaw
  • Mixed leaf salad
  • Tomato, red onion & basil
  • Pasta salad
  • Cous-cous salad with tangy lemon & herbs
  • Multi eye bean salad
  • Greek salad, with Kalamata olives & Feta cheese
  • Marinated mushroom, sweetcorn & red pepper salad
  • Brown rice salad with toasted nuts & sultanas

For menu A choose 2 of the 10 salads
For menu B choose 4 of the 10 salads
For menu C choose 6 of the 10 salads

Hog roast – Size / weight dependant on final number of guests.

Applesauce, stuffing, mustard & ketchup are included in the menus. Salad dressings (if applicable) & buttered bread rolls are included in the menus.
